Care of Carl offers men the opportunity to shape their personal style through The Classics of Tomorrow – a curated selection of premium men's clothing, shoes, and accessories featuring over 220 brands, including Moncler, Crockett & Jones, and Polo Ralph Lauren. The company was founded in 2010 and consists of a team of nearly 100 driven employees with unique expertise, operating in the heart of the textile and e-commerce city of Borås, where most of the team is located. We are an organically fast-growing, forward-thinking, and profitable company that has been active in the entire European market since autumn 2021.
We are now recruiting a driven Customer Advisor for our office in central Borås, who wants to join our growth journey.

Your task:
You will engage with customers via phone, email, and social media. While a deep knowledge of our products is crucial, your greatest strength lies in your ability to consistently seek solutions to various challenges and exceed expectations. This role also includes translating product descriptions, editorial content, and other material, created by our experienced team.
We’re looking for someone that is:
- Able to read and understand Swedish, the primary language spoken at Care of Carl.
- Masters the English language, both spoken and written, with excellent command.
- Ideally, though not required, is familiar with and aligned with our target audience.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Passionate about apparel and fashion.
- Proficient in working with computers and digital tools.
- Results-oriented and enjoys collaborating in a team environment.
- Possesses a creative mind-set with the ability to inspire others.
